Skill: Kipping pull-ups

WOD: 15 min. AMRAP

12 Pull-ups

12 Box jumps (24/20)

12 Russian KB Swings (62/44)

Post Workout: 3 rounds

  • 60 sec. Side plank

  • 8 single leg deadlift

  • 2-5 strict handstand push-ups

Challenge of the Week: Max hand-release push-ups in 1 minute.

*Post score to whiteboard

We are excited to partner up with all of these awesome CrossFit gyms in Little Rock to do a coat drive benefiting The Van this year. While you are out doing your Holiday shopping, pick up an extra coat, hat, and/or gloves to help keep those in need warm this winter. (Gently used is great too!)
