WOD: 10 min. EMOM
- Min. 1: 5 Deadlift (65-70% of 1RM)
- Min. 2: 20 Lateral jumps over the bar
Post Workout: Thoracic mobility + stretch hips and shoulders
Challenge of the Week: Spend an extra 10 minutes on mobility.
