Skill:  Handstand Push-ups

Strength:  Jerk 65% x4, 75% x3, 85% x3 

  • Strict Press 70-75% 2x4 

WOD: 12-9-6-3

  • HSPU
  • Front Squats (95/65)
  • Burpees over-the-bar

Post Workout: 3 Rounds

  • 8 Ring Rows (4 second eccentric “lowering”)
  • Thoracic Mobility

Challenge of the Week:  Farthest handstand walk.

2015 CrossFit Open 

The 2015 CrossFit Open begins Thursday, February 26th and goes until Monday, March 30th. Over the five weeks, five different workouts will be released for athletes all over the world to complete. We will be participating in each of the five workouts during regular classes.
