Skill:  Single leg deadlift

Strength:  Bench Press – 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5+

*(Add 5lbs. to previous 1RM and base percentages off of 90% of new estimated 1RM)

WOD:  Partner WOD

 4 Rounds For Time

  • 75m Swim - 20 Single leg deadlifts (53/35)

*One partner swims while the other performs single leg deadlifts.

Post Workout:  3 Rounds

  • 15 Hollow Rocks
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • Stretch:  Hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders, thoracic spine mobility

Challenge of the Week:  Max unbroken DUs.
