Strength:  Back Squat – 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5+

*(Add 10lbs. to previous 1RM and base percentages off of 90% of new estimated 1RM)

WOD:  3 Rounds For Time:

  • 10 1-arm KB Push Press (53/35) (Right)
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 1-arm KB Push Press (Left)
  • 10 American KBS

Post Workout:  3 Rounds

  • 60 sec. Side Plank
  • 10 GHD Back Extension
