  • 30 sec. Unbroken Single Unders – 30 sec. Handstand hold
  • 300m Run – 300m Row
  • 30 sec. max Burpees – rest
  • 200m Run – 200m Row
  • 30 sec. max Push-ups – rest
  • 100m Run – 100m Row
  • 30 sec. max Split Jumps – rest

*Each partner completes all movements.

Post Workout:  Stretch, foam roll, work on mobility
