WOD:  Partner WOD

2 Rounds:

  • 50m Swim with kickboard (“Dollar-bill kicks”) – rest

2 Rounds:

  • 50m Swim (On your side to practice breathing) – rest

2 Rounds:

  • 50m Swim (Put it all together!) – rest

*One partner swims while the other rests.  Both do all of the rounds.

Post Workout:  Mobility/Stretch

Challenge of the Week:  Max calorie row in 2 min.
