Skill:  Clean

Strength:  Clean – 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1+

WOD:  Partner WOD

15 min. AMRAP

  • 15 Air Squats – Handstand Hold
  • 100m Run – Flutter Kicks
  • 10 Push-ups – Hollow Hold

*One partner performs the first movement (air squats, run, push-ups), while the other partner performs the second movement (handstand hold, flutter kicks, hollow hold).  Partners will switch movements each round (if partner A starts with air squats the first round, they will hold a handstand the second round).

Post Workout:  Stretch, foam roll, work on mobility

Challenge of the Week:  Max distance run in 1 minute.
