WOD:  2014 CrossFit Games Team Fifties Event

For Time:

  • 50 cal. Row
  • 50 GHD Sit-ups (or Abmat sit-ups)
  • 50 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 50 Box Jump-overs (20/18)

*Each partner completes the given reps before advancing to the next movement.

Post Workout:  Stretch, foam roll, work on mobility

Challenge of the Week:  Max (free-standing) handstand hold.
