Skill:  Walking Lunges

Strength:  Strict Press – 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5

*(Add 5lbs to your previous max and base percentages off of 90% of new 1RM)

WOD:  Partner WOD

For total reps of each movement

  • 50m Swim – Burpees
  • 100m Swim – Wallballs (20/14)
  • 150m Swim – Push-ups
  • 200m Swim – Sit-ups (with MB)

*One partner performs the exercise for the time it takes their partner to swim.

Post Workout:  Mobility/Stretch

Challenge of the Week:  Attend a yoga/stretch/mobility class!
