- 12 cal. Row/Airdyne
- 14 1-arm DB OH Lunge (7 each side)
Post Workout: Foam Roll/Mash-pecs, lats, hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes
Challenge of the Week: Max air squats in 1 minute.
