Free Workout and Open Gym
Join us this Saturday for a free workout. Designed for anyone new to CrossFit! Learn what it is all about. It is a great time to ask any questions you have!
Starts at 9:00 a.m. and is FREE!
After the free workout, all CrossFit members are welcome to come to the open gym. Open gym is a great time to practice a skill that you need help with, get an extra workout in, or just hang out with some CrossFit friends. Hope to see you this Saturday!
The fifth week of the Spring Nutrition Challenge is almost finished! Please don’t forget to email your fifth week’s points to Anna by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 2nd; email points from Sunday (May 25th) to Saturday (May 31st).
