Strength:  Clean Pull + Hang Clean 80% 4x3

WOD:  Partner WOD

15 min. to complete 4 rounds

  • 20 Bench Press (115/75)
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 50 DUs

With the remainder of 15 min., AMRAP of burpees

*While one partner is working, the other is resting.  Score = total burpees

Challenge of the Week:  Max push-ups.
