Spring Razorback Nutrition Challenge
Since the last challenge was such a success, we are bringing the Nutrition Challenge back for Razorback CrossFit members to get ready for summer! The challenge is NOT a weight loss challenge. It is a learning experience for you to be able to see firsthand the differences in your energy levels, well being, mental acuity, and performance in your training and life.
Coach Anna and Paul will be taking pre-assessment measurements for the challenge on Friday, April 25th at the LRAC to track your progress throughout the challenge and will serve as "before and after" results for your edification.
Cash and other prizes will be awarded to the overall winner and the best in category male/female winners, as well as weekly point winners. Winners will be determined by the point scoring system based on how well the guidelines are followed.
