This is the LAST WEEK of the Nutrition Challenge!! Friday, February 14th will be the last day of the Challenge! Please send your fifth week’s (and fourth week, if you haven’t yet) point logs to Anna (firstname.lastname@example.org) today, February 10th before noon. Send this week’s points to her on either Friday night or Saturday morning by 9:00 a.m. so she can total them up to announce the top finishers at the CrossFit Competition!
Battle of the Clubs
Saturday, February 15th at 12:00 p.m. we will be hosting our first CrossFit Competition: Battle of the Clubs at Razorback CrossFit! All LRAC, NLRAC, and LRRC CrossFit members are invited to come compete against each other to earn their Club the right to be called Club CrossFit Champion! This is an “open event” so everyone is welcome to sign up and/or come down to cheer your Club on! Competitors and their families will get FREE fajitas and beer from the Blue Court Grill for the duration of the competition and DJ Justinsane will be our guest DJ! Please register through email@example.com by Monday, February 10th at 9:00 p.m.
