Skill:  Handstand

Strength:  Clean Pull + Clean 70% 5 x 3

WOD:  Partner WOD 10 minutes

  • L-Hang Max Hold-Walking Lunges
  • Handstand Max Hold-KB Swings

*One partner will hold L-hang while the other lunges for that length of time; both partners will complete one max L-hang, then move onto max handstand and KB swings. Repeat until the 10 minute time cap is met.

Challenge of the Week:  Fastest 1 mile run
