- L-Hang Max Hold-Walking Lunges
- Handstand Max Hold-KB Swings
*One partner will hold L-hang while the other lunges for that length of time; both partners will complete one max L-hang, then move onto max handstand and KB swings. Repeat until the 10 minute time cap is met.
