Free Open Gym 9:00 a.m.

Join us this Saturday for a free workout and open gym. Designed for anyone new to CrossFit! Learn what it is all about; this is a great time to ask any questions you have!  All CrossFit members are welcome to come to the open gym to practice skills that you need help with, get an extra workout in, or just hang out with some CrossFit friends. See you on Saturday!

The Member/Guest Holiday Fitness Challenge is almost complete at the Little Rock Athletic Club, so we will be planning a fun partner workout every Saturday during the challenge.  Please invite your friends to join in! Let the Reindeer Games begin!!

2015 New Year’s CrossFit Membership Special

During January, Razorback CrossFit, DAC CrossFit, and CrossFit Foxcroft will be offering half off of one month of CrossFit dues when you refer a friend to join!  If one of your friends joins CrossFit, both you and your friend will receive half off of one month of CrossFit!!
