  • 8 KB Swings (62/44) (even) *Hold a plank remainder of this minute.

Post Workout:  3 Rounds

  • 10 Front Levers
  • 12 Good Mornings

Challenge of the Week:  Max plank hold (must stay in the same position the whole time, with GOOD form).
