For Time

  • 40 cal. Row/Airdyne
  • 50 Back Squats (115/75)
  • 40 Power Cleans
  • 30 Lunges (bar on back)
  • 20 OH Squats
  • 10 Shoulder-to-overhead
  • 40 cal. Row/Airdyne

*Reps may be split up anyway between partners, but each movement must be done in order.
