Free Workout and Open Gym - 2/1/14

Join us this Saturday for a free workout. Designed for anyone new to CrossFit! Learn what it is all about. It is a great time to ask any questions you have!

Starts at 9:00 a.m. and is FREE!

After the free workout, all CrossFit members are welcome to come to the open gym. Open gym is a great time to practice a skill that you need help with, get an extra workout in, or just hang out with some CrossFit friends. Hope to see you this Saturday!

Week 4 of the Nutrition Challenge is almost complete and everyone is doing awesome; keep up the great work following the guidelines!  Each week's male and female point leaders will be rewarded with great prizes!  If you are doing the Challenge, please remember to send your fourth week’s point logs to Anna (afrostbriley@gmail.com) on Monday, February 3rd before noon.
