Starts at 9:00 a.m. and is FREE!
After the free workout, all CrossFit members are welcome to come to the Open gym at 10:00 a.m.. Open gym is a great time to practice a skill that you need help with, get an extra workout in, or just hang out with some CrossFit friends. Hope to see you this Saturday!
