  • 2 Snatch Deadlift
  • Hang Snatch
  • 2 OH Squats

* Try to increase weight each time

WOD: Partner WOD- 6 RDS

Relay race! Each partner has to run 100 M six times. While one partner is running the other does Double Under until they return.

P2: Double Unders

Post Workout:
