Strength: Bench - 70% x 3, 80% x 3, 90% x 3+

WOD:  Partner Workout

* While one partner is doing the conditioning (run, row, DU, Mt. Climbers) the other is doing the core that is paired with the movement. Each partner must do the conditioning. 

  • 400 M Run - Sit-ups
  • 500 M Row – T2B
  • 60 Double Unders – Hollow Rocks
  • 80 Mt. Climbers – L-sit
