Skill: Muscle Ups

Strength:

  • Hang Snatch Shrug 1 x 4 @ 75%, 1 x 4 @ 85%
  • Hang Snatch High Pull 1 x 4 @ 65%, 2 x 4 @ 75%

WOD:  EMOM-  Plank

  • 1 Weighted Lunge each leg (in place)  75/55 lb
  • 1 Strict Pull-up

Then: Plank remainder of the minute

  • 2 Weighted Lunge (in place)
  • 2 Pull-up

Then: Plank remainder of the minute

  • 3 Weighted Lunge (in place)
  • 3 Pull-up

Then: Plank remainder of the minute

  • 4 Weighted Lunge (in place)

(continue rep scheme until you cannot complete all the lunges and pull-ups in one minute)
