Strength:  Split Jerk 4 x 3

WOD:  3 RDS

  • 10 Split Squats 135/95 lb – DU (2 min Max Effort)
  • 10 Push Press 135/95 lb – DU (2 min ME)
  • 10 Pull-ups – DU (2 min ME)
  • 100 M Sprint

(REST 1 MINUTE – start again as a group)
